GitHub Enterprise 2.5 Targets Massive Development Teams

If your enterprise application development team has 10,000 developers, GitHub has a tool for you.

New features in the code repository tool include clustering, protected branches and a caching technique that improves performance when many developers attempt to pull a branch at the same time.

Several GitHub competitors, including GitLab and Atlassian, have also recently updated their enterprise revision control solutions.
