ALTER INDEX NameOfIndex ON Table.Field DISABLE

CASE IS_DISABLED  
WHEN 0 THEN 'Enabled' 
ELSE 'Disabled'  
END AS [IndexInfo],  
FILL_FACTOR AS [FillFactor] FROM SYS.INDEXES 
WHERE OBJECT_ID = OBJECT_ID('Table.Field') ORDER BY IndexName, IndexInfo
