IBM Launches Project DataWorks

IBM has unveiled a new cloud computing-based analytics platform called Project DataWorks. It aims to integrate all of an enterprises data into one system so that business analysts can quickly perform analytics that are powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. Users can access the tool through the Bluemix cloud development platform.

“We are at an inflection point in the Big Data era,” said IBM’s Bob Picciano. “We know that users spend up to 80 percent of their time on data preparation, no matter the task, even when they are applying the most sophisticated AI.
