This tutorial shows how to add your own customized business context to the WebSphere Commerce business context service. By adding your own customized business context and extending customer segmentation, you can track shopper history, enhance user personalization, and target sales and marketing initiatives more appropriately, leading to increased revenue. This tutorial is based on the WebSphere Commerce V6.0 ConsumerDirect starter store. All assets needed to deploy a history context are available from the "Sample code" section of the tutorial.
