How DB2 Express-C Saved the World! Part Two
(OK, well, maybe not the world... but at least it saves you money)
You think you have data management problems? See what happens to our developer, Justin Whitney, when he is presented with a large, mysterious (and dangerous) XML data set. DB2 Express-C saves the day for him and it can for you, too. Take back control of your build, production-ready deployment, and distribution of pure XML, even in 64-bit environments.

NOTES: One of the exciting new features in DB2 9 is support for installing multiple DB2 copies on a single system (including multiple copies of the exact same version). Also, on Linux-based systems, you can now choose your DB2 installation directory.
However, you must uninstall all copies of the DB2 9 test drive before installing the new DB2 Express-C 9 images.
The db2_deinstall script is no longer placed in the root of the install image, it is now located in /install. You should use db2_deinstall from Version 8 to uninstall Version 8 products, and db2_deinstall from DB2 9 to uninstall DB2 9 products.
