Prevent IE5 AutoComplete on Your Forms

One of Internet Explorer 5.0's new features is AutoComplete. If turned on by the user (it's off by default) it helps users fill in the frequently used fields--like username, first name, and so forth--on Web-based forms. On some forms, though, neither you nor your users will want this feature to be enabled. The good news is that you can turn AutoComplete off on a per-form or a per-field basis with the new, IE5 only, AUTOCOMPLETE attribute. Adding this to either your <FORM> or <INPUT> tags with the "OFF" value will override the feature's current setting and disable it. You can find out more about this feature at:
