Use Explicit Access Specifiers

C++ provides default access specifiers when you don't use spell them out explicitly, as in the following examples:
 
struct Employee{ /*..*/};

class Manager : Employee //implicit public inheritance
{
  int rank; //implicitly private
  bool StockHolder; //implicitly private
