Finding User Directory for Microsoft Mail

I'm in the process of refining a program I wrote. What I need to do is find the user's mail directory on a Network server. To do this, the program needs to be able to get the user's ID number and at least the volume mail is delivered to. Can you help me?

What about looking in the appropriate INI file for your mail program? It surely would have the information you are looking for. You may need to concatenate some INI settings, but that would be how I would look for it, at least under VB3.0. If the user is using a MAPI-enabled mail program there are MAPI functions available. Look on the Microsoft website for "MAPI" and/or "SDK" (Software Development Kit).
