Is there a way to disable the View Source menu option in a Web browser?

Question:
Is there a way to disable the View Source menu option in the Netscape browser so that when someone tries to look at the document source they can't see it?

Answer:
No, not that I know of. The HTTP protocol was designed for information sharing, so it cannot be done at the HTTP level. All browsers have this feature built into them; the only way around it is to design your own Web browser and leave out this option. But you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone who would want a browser that didn't allow them to the view the source code on pages that interest them.
