Playing a sound collection

I have 10 .wav files that I want to play in a loop. If I make the mmplayer wait property true, I suffer from control failure during the loop time.

I could not make a thread to do this. If you can write a simple code to play a sound collection by not losing application control for me I will be very grateful.

Instead of using the media player component, it's probably best to use the API calls contained in the MMSYSTEM.PAS unit in the \Delphi\Source\Rtl\Win directory. This has all the lower level multimedia API calls that will be much more effective if you want to play a collection of sounds in a loop.

Use the online help for a discussion of the calls.
