Loading Text file into Oracle Lite Table

Question:
Is it possible to use the text ODBC driver in OPO v2.0 for this purpose by opening two sessions -- one connected to an Olite database while the other is connected to a text file?

Alternatively, are there any available utilities on the market similar to ORACLE SQL Loader to be used with OLite?

Answer:
Yes, it is possible to use the Text ODBC driver for this purpose. You can even write to a text file with WRITE commands and then view the file as a Text file ODBC data source.

I don't know of any utilities on the market for loading text files, but I describe how to create your own loading routines, complete with error handling, in my latest book Mastering Oracle Power Objects from O'Reilly & Associates.
