Creating EXE Files with CCE

Question:
How do you create EXE files in VB 5.0 CCE? I know that the copy at Microsoft.com does not support the creation of EXE files, but I'm hoping that there is a patch or update or something that would allow me to create EXE files.

Answer:
Visual Basic 5.0 CCE was designed ONLY to create controls and not complete executables. CCE came out late last year and was designed to give a preview of what Visual Basic 5.0 would look like. To create executables, you have to purchase/upgrade to Visual Basic 5.0 Learning, Professional, or Enterprise Edition. CCE is just a subset of the real tool.
