No Cutting or Copying Text in Browser Window

Question:
Is there a way to keep users from selecting, cutting, or copying text in HTML within a browser window? Or is there a way to embed text within HTML so the text cannot be copied?

Answer:
Unfortunately, no. However, if you want to make it harder for people to access the text on your page you could render it as a graphic and then include that JPEG or GIF file on your page. However, I would strongly advise against this since it will greatly increase the download time for your users and make your site a lot less user-friendly.
