Accout for both SQL SERVER and SQL EXECUTIVE

Is it possible to assign an account to both SQL Server and SQL Executive and be able to log into Windows NT to perform task schedualing? I read in the MS SQL SETUP book (page 27) that I cannot use this account for users to log on.

Both the SQL Executive and SQL Server have the option of either running under the local system account or under a user account that one can specify.

A user account created for the purpose is more useful, especially when two SQL Servers need to communicate. One can have them both run under the same user account, which simplifies certain rights issues.

One should not use this specially created user account for regular users, because a regular user should not have the level of rights that is typically given to the SQL Server account.
