Dead Code

Question:
Do you know of a tool that helps to either eliminate or identify dead code?

Answer:
You don't need a special tool to detect dead code. Every decent compiler can issue a warning message when it detects dead code.

For this to work, you should set your compiler's setting to the highest warning level (on Visual C++ it's level 4).
