Creating Tables in a Stored Procedure

Question:
Can I create a table in a stored procedure named from a parameter?

Answer:
You can dynamically create tables with variables, but you need to create a string and use the EXEC function like this:

DECLARE @TableName varchar(255)
SET @TableName = 'TestTable'

EXEC ('CREATE TABLE ' + @TableName +
'([OrderID] [int] IDENTITY (1, 1) NOT NULL ,
[Description] [varchar] (255))' )
