Return E-mail Address for Outlook 98

Question:
I have three workstations for three different users. They have different local e-mail addresses but they share the same internet e-mail address. Sending an e-mail is no problem but the Exchange Server does not allow me to enter the same SMTP address. How can I solve this?

Answer:
Create a fourth mailbox that will just be the recipient--no user. Set the SMTP address to that one to be the shared address and set the three users to be alternate recipients.

Go to the Exchange Administrator, open the dummy mailbox, and go to the "Delivery Options" tab. There you can specify the alternate recipients.
