Resize Your TempDB in SQL

You can resize the tempdb temporary database in SQL by using the ALTER DATABASE command, as shown below:

ALTER DATABASE tempdb
MODIFY FILE (Name = tempdb_data, filesize = 100MB),
MODIFY FILE (NAME = tempdb_log , filesize = 20MB);

This resizes the data and log files of tempdb respectively.
