Getting the IP of the Virtual Machine in Docker

If you have been using a virtual machine on MacOS, Windows or Linux, you will need to get the IP address of the virtual host instead of using localhost. You can do this by running the docker-machine ip from the command line:

$docker-machine ip machine_name
192.168.99.100
