Use Image Sprite to Combine Images

If you have too many images on a web page, it will make too many requests to the server and take a lot of bandwidth as well. This will all hamper the performance of the web page. Instead, you can consider using an image sprite. An image sprite is one single image that typically stacks all the required images one after other. This will reduce the number of requests to one and the page will load faster as well.

You can create image sprites online. One site that people use often is https://instantsprite.com.
