Microsoft Adds New Features to Graph

During last week’s Build 2016 development conference, Microsoft unveiled an updated version of Graph (formerly the Office 365 Unified API) that will make it easier to build apps that utilize data from Microsoft Office. “New APIs return ‘relevant documents’ and suggestions for meeting times based on real-time calendar availability,” blogged Kirk Koenigsbauer, corporate vice president for the Office team. “And new web and device SDKs make it easier than ever to access the Microsoft Graph and surface Office 365 data in business solutions using simple drop-in integrations like the OneDrive file picker.”

In addition, the company added two new connectors to the platform: Skype Web SDK and Skype for Business App SDK. And preview versions of Office Universal apps now run on HoloLens as well.
