On the heels of Salesforce announcing its Einstein artificial intelligence (AI) program, Microsoft has announced that it too will aid AI capabilities to some of its cloud-based enterprise software. At its Ignite event, the company said that it will add analytics and machine learning to Office 365 and Dynamics 365. The new features will become available later this year.
In related news, the company also revealed that Adobe will be using the Azure cloud computing service to host its Marketing Cloud, Document Cloud and Creative Cloud services. In addition, Microsoft will promote Adobe Marketing Cloud as the preferred service for its Dynamics 365 CRM offering.
