Saving Changes to a Datagrid Row Before the Form Closes

There are two ways to save changes before exiting a form. One is toinvoke the Update method on the data control the DataGrid is bound to fromwithin the QueryUnload event of the form. Another way is to force the updatein the Validate event of the data control:

 Sub Data1_Validate (Action As Integer, _ Save As Integer) If Action = 11 then Save = True 'if pending changes then save changes End Sub
