Use Cascading Style Sheets to create a floating text paragraph. First, add the attribute in the document’s section:

Now, add the content you want to display in the window:

You now have a floating text paragraph complete with scroll bars.

UPDATED 6/14/00: Reader Eben Freeman pointed out that this tip does not explain how to extract the posted XML on the server. He offered this solution:
