I submitted a question last week about a problem I was having concerning the correct display of link colors on my home page. How long does it usually take to receive answers? Should I just sit tight because the answer will be coming or should I re-submit my question?

This is a good question. The Web Pro receives hundreds of questions perweek, and must choose and answer the ones that apply to the largest groupof people. Some questions may be answered in a few days, others in a week,and the rest may never be answered.
Bear in mind that this is a free service. We try to keep the site filledwith valuable information to keep everyone productive and, unfortunately, wedon’t have the resources to answer every question that lands in the Pro’se-mail box.
