Rotating a Column in PowerBuilder

Rotating a Column in PowerBuilder

Question:
Is it possible to rotate a column 90 degrees in a PowerBuilder (5.0.04) datawindow so that the data print up and down instead of the usual left to right?

Answer:
The text objects on a datawindow control have a group of attributes under the font attribute that control the display of the text. All details of the font can be controlled from this attribute.

The font attribute that controls the angle of the text is the Escapement property. This property is an integer value in tenths of a degree. To make the text run at an angle of 90 degrees, set the escapement value to 900.
