On the heels of Salesforce announcing its Einstein artificial intelligence (AI) program, Microsoft has announced that it too will aid AI capabilities to some of its cloud-based enterprise software. At its Ignite event, the company said that it will add analytics and machine learning to Office 365 and Dynamics 365.
