The notification area has lots of icons that we don’t use. And it is, at times, a cumbersome process to locate the appropriate icon that we need. However, it is possible override this behavior.
Go to control panel –> Notification Area Icons. There you can manually select a behaviour for each icon that appears in the taskbar notification area.
