In some cases, we will also have end-of-day stand-down meetings to review the work done for the day and ensure team members are on track to reach set milestones. Both meetings are typically between 15-30 minutes as leaders don’t want to bog down engineers and various teams with logistics but simply enable them to perform at the highest level without obstruction.
