His net worth is $241.8 billion. His personal fortune is estimated to grow nearly 110% each year on average. This puts him as the “clear favourite” to reach a trillion-dollar net worth before any other billionaire.

The report also said that other billionaires might not be far behind Musk. Gautam Adani, the Chairman of Adani Group, could reach a trillion-dollar net worth by 2028.

Musk favored to hit trillion-dollar status

Jensen Huang, the CEO of Nvidia, and Prajogo Pangestu, the founder of Barito Pacific, could also reach this milestone by 2028. Bernard Arnault, the CEO of LVMH, might reach a trillion-dollar net worth by 2030. The report also predicted which companies could soon have market values of at least $1 trillion.

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. ranked first in this projection. It is expected to have a trillion-dollar market cap by next year.
