Elon Musk has strongly criticized the Democratic Party over illegal immigration in the United States.
Elon Musk’s America PAC is starting to fire up its digital ad campaign in support of Donald Trump’s presidential bid. The messages so far have been targeted at swing-state voters — and are anything but subtle https://t.co/BKm2tqZ74e via @bpolitics

He warned that the 2024 presidential election would be the nation’s “last real election” if Republican nominee Donald Trump loses to Vice President Kamala Harris. Musk alleged that the aim of most Democratic leaders is to “legalize 15 million illegal immigrants as soon as possible, as well as bring in tens of millions more.” He argued that this move could potentially turn swing states permanently Democratic, similar to what happened in California following the 1986 amnesty.
Elon Musk warns that if Trump loses, this could be the last real election:

“The publicly stated goal by almost all leaders of the Democratic Party is to legalize the ~15 million illegal migrants as soon as possible, as well as bring in tens of millions more. That would immediately make all swing states deep blue,” Musk tweeted. Swing states, often referred to as battleground states, are crucial in elections as they can be won by either the Republican or Democratic candidate due to shifts in voter support.
"If Donald Trump wins, we do have an opportunity to do kind of a once in a lifetime deregulation and reduction in the size of the government."

“This is the last real election if Trump loses,” Musk added, signaling the high stakes he associates with the upcoming polls.
Musk’s concerns on Democratic policies
Musk’s comments came a day after former President Donald Trump reiterated his stance on cracking down on illegal immigration.
Trump accused immigrants of “stealing jobs and killing Americans” while speaking to supporters in Mosinee, Wisconsin. “Crime is through the roof, and you haven’t seen the migrant crime yet.

It started, and it’s vicious, but you haven’t seen the extent of it yet,” Trump was quoted saying by Reuters.
Vice President Kamala Harris has emphasized that the U.S. immigration system is “broken and requires a legislative fix.” Her presidential campaign website vows to establish an “earned pathway to citizenship” for illegal immigrants. “She knows that our immigration system is broken and needs comprehensive reform that includes strong border security and an earned pathway to citizenship,” the website states. Harris has pledged to reintroduce a bipartisan border security bill and push it into law if elected.
Immigration and border issues are expected to be significant points of contention as the 2024 election approaches, setting the stage for heated debates and policy discussions among the candidates.
