Neuron7, a five-year-old AI startup, has secured $44 million in a Series B funding round led by Smith Point Capital. The oversubscribed round also saw participation from existing investors Nexus Venture Partners and Battery Ventures, bringing the total capital raised to over $63 million. Co-founders Niken Patel and Vinay Saini have steered Neuron7 to a 300% increase in annual recurring revenue over the past year.
The company has added top-tier enterprise clients from industries such as medical devices, high-tech devices, and industrial equipment. Neuron7 addresses the core challenge faced by complex service organizations: the struggle to resolve customer issues due to dispersed knowledge across vast data sources and individual expertise.
