Microsoft has taken the wraps off WebMatrix, a new free all-in-one solution for Web development on Windows. The package combines three new products released last week–IIS Developer Express (a Web server), SQL Server Compact Edition (a free database), and ASP.NET “Razor” (a streamlined ASP.NET templating language)—along with a new development environment.
