Chrome Web Store Slated For October Launch

Google developer advocates Mark DeLoura and Michael Mahemoff have given a presentation in Europe in which they revealed that the company is likely to unveil a Web store for the Chrome browser in October. The store will also offer free trials, subscriptions and other in-app payment platforms, but will only accept US currency at first.
