In a bid to attract more small developers, Microsoft is cutting the price for “extra-small compute” on its Azure cloud computing service by 20 percent. In addition, it will get rid of the “extra-small” name in favor of “small-compute.”
The changes will take effect in October and are detailed on the Windows Azure Team Blog.
