Mobile analytics firm Flurry has updated its app download predictions for 2012. The company now believes iOS and Android users will download 25 billion apps this year, a 300 percent increase over last year.
While many of those downloaded apps are available for free, developers are making money off their apps. In the U.S. alone, the mobile development market will likely bring in $2.5 billion in 2012.
