Cloud Price War Continues: Azure Drops Prices

Last week, Google and Amazon announced price cuts for their cloud computing services. Now Microsoft is following suit and dropping the fees for Azure.

Microsoft’s prices for compute services are now 27 to 35 percent lower; storage prices have fallen by 44 to 65 percent. The company also added some new pricing tiers and instances. The new pricing will become effective May 1 of this year.
