IBM is adding some devops capabilities into its SmartCloud cloud computing platform and its MobileFirst mobile development software. SmartCloud is getting new log analysis tools for its cloud analytics, application monitoring insight to track application performance in real-time and new services that will allow developers to deploy and manage PHP applications using Zend Server 6.
In addition, IBM is integrating Rational Test Workbench in MobileFirst, and it is combining the Worklight development platform with SmartCloud services to speed mobile development in the cloud.
Finally, IBM has also expanded its developerWorks site with more emphasis on mobile development, cloud development and big data.
