IBM Launches 8 Watson APIs

IBM has released eight new APIs for its Watson machine-learning platform. Developers can access the APIs through IBM’s Bluemix cloud computing service. The eight available APIs include the following:

  1. Language identification
  2. Machine translation
  3. Concept expansion
  4. Message resonance
  5. Question and answer
  6. Relationship extraction
  7. User modeling
  8. Visualization rendering

To entice developers to give the new APIs a try, IBM is offering 30 days of use for free and up the 1,1,25 GB-hours for free every month.
