IBM, Twitter Partner on Analytics Services

IBM and Twitter have announced a new set of cloud computing services that will help enterprises extract insights from Twitter data. Their partnership will bring together IBM’s Watson machine learning platform, its Bluemix cloud development platform, and Twitter’s social data.
