Small and medium-sized businesses are adopting mobile in a big way, says a new report from Research and Markets’ Mobile Solutions Study. In a survey, 91 percent of SMBs said they have adopted mobile solutions. Currently, they’re spending 11 to 20 percent of their technology budgets on mobile, and 68 percent expect their mobile spending to increase.
Compared with earlier surveys, SMB spending rose in every category—devices, services, applications, management, security and consulting services—with mobile apps and mobile management solutions growing the fastest.
