Nitrous.IO, a startup based in the U.S. and Singapore, has announced a new cloud development service targeted at enterprise users. The platform as a service (PaaS) speeds the process of setting up a development environment and makes it easy for geographically separated enterprise application development teams to collaborate on coding projects in real time. It includes a web-based IDE and integrates with GitHub.
The Pro version of the service adds root access, dedicated instances and support for Docker as well as allowing customers to use their own computing infrastructures. Prices range from $14.99 for the Basic service to $64.99 per month for the Pro version.
