Read Log Files and Display New Changes on Console at Runtime

In applications like JRun, which output to log files but not to the console, it is difficult to analyze output at real-time. It is necessary to go into the log file again and again, browsing through for new messages. There is a simple program, which sits in a loop and displays the new messages as they are added to the log file by your program:
