Activate Event Handlers for HTML Elements Added After Page Load

Elements that are added after initial page load through an DOM action do not have event handlers attached to them. We can use the live event handler to attach the functions.

See below for an example:

$('buttonid).live('click', clickFunction);

This would only work if you are using jQuery 1.7 or below.
