The following are the http properties for the HttpURLConnection:

1) http.proxyHost (default: ) – defines the Proxy through which the request should be routed.

2) http.proxyPort (default: 80 if http.proxyHost specified)- defines the port of the proxy.

3) http.agent (default: Java1.3.1) – defines the User-Agent header. This header is useful when connecting to Webservers that accept requests from specific UserAgents only.

4) http.keepAlive (default: true) – defines if keep alive (persistent) connections should be supported.
