Where can I find a good book or good doccumentation on Visual InterDev 6.0?

As you’ve discovered, the online Help is disabled in the Visual InterDev March Pre-release. However, standalone help files are available. If you have the pre-release CD, look in the Docs folder for a file called Vidref.chm and double-click on it. There’s lots of info in there.
As for books, since VID6 is still in beta, it is a bit early. Be assured, however, that plenty of new books are on their way to being published in the next few months.
