ASP & ActiveX

Question:
I have an ActiveX (MyKalender.ocx) and I know the ClassID of, I included it to an ASP-File -> I can see it but how can I get information about the selected date when I click on my ocx?

Answer:
You will have to write VBscript code on your page to do this. Assume that your ocx has been given an ID of “mykal” (in the OBJECT tag). Also assume that you have a textbox on your page called “txtDate”. If your OCX has a “SelectedDate” property that returns the selected date, then the following code will update the date in the textbox when the OCX is clicked.
