Strinova Launches

Strinova, the anime-styled tactical shooter from developer iDreamSky, is set to launch on November 21st as a free-to-play title for PC. The game will be available on the Epic Games Store and Steam, with preloading beginning on November 18th. Players can pre-register on the official website to earn special rewards when the community reaches specific milestones.

These rewards include in-game items such as the OBT Commemorative Baseplate, Dream Tokens, and Perfect Quality Kakona-Rockin’ Duck. At launch, Strinova will feature five game modes, 14 maps, and 15 playable characters known as Superstrings. The game takes place in a multi-dimensional realm where powerful factions battle for control of energy crystals that will determine the fate of the realm.

One of the unique features of Strinova is the Stringification Mechanism, which allows players to seamlessly transition between 3D and 2D forms.

This enables them to perform maneuvers like dodging enemy fire, scaling vertical surfaces, and uncovering hidden paths.

The game also offers a multidimensional shooter experience, with players switching between 2D and 3D forms to explore different movement routes and combat strategies. Advanced tactical warfare is another key aspect, with multilayered maps and a variety of tactical skill operations and useable devices. Strinova gained significant attention during the recent Steam Next Fest, securing the top spot on the Daily Active Demo Players board and reaching the top three in the Trending Upcoming Games list.

The game’s blend of Genshin Impact-style anime visuals and arena shooter combat, along with its innovative mechanics, has generated excitement among players. While initially launching on PC, Strinova is expected to release on iOS, Android, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series platforms in 2025. iDreamSky plans to introduce more characters, maps, and game modes through new seasons and tournaments in the near future.
