Survey Offers Advice on How to Keep Mobile Developers Happy

Development consulting firm stablekernel has released new report titled “Empowering Mobile Developers in 2015” that offers insight into things enterprises can do to improve working conditions for their mobile development teams. “These answers demonstrate managers must better understand the needs and processes involved in a development project,” stablekernel said. “Additionally, managers should communicate regularly with their development teams to ensure alignment of expectations.”

Developers biggest complains included inflexible work conditions, too little time to do too much work and unrealistic expectations.
