TechRepublic has released the results of a new survey about enterprise use of software as a service (SaaS). The overwhelming majority of those surveyed said they were happy with their SaaS use. While 78.6 percent said SaaS had met their expectations and 13.3 percent said it had exceeded their expectations, only 8.2 percent said SaaS had failed to live up to their expectations.
The study also found that “performance” was the characteristic most prized in an SaaS provider. And it forecast double-digit growth for cloud computing for the next four years.
